The letters of administration, in the present case, were issued on 23.04.2019.

It is the case of the applicant (original petitioner) that subsequently it came to the knowledge of the applicant that the face value of the shares has been changed and in that light, the applicant desires to amend the schedule to the original petition by deleting serial Nos.3 to 23 and replace the same with description of shares as given in the schedule to the present application.

In the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows:- "(a) That the Applicant may kindly be allowed to amend Schedule annexed to the Petition as per 'Schedule of Amendment' annexed to this Interim Application, with consequential amendment, if any, in the Petition. (b) That after amendment of Schedule annexed to the Petition, as sought in prayer (a), is carried out, Testamentary Department may be direct to amend Letters of Administration issued on 23rd April 2019 in above Petition, as per amended Petition."
