Heard Shri Aithe, company prosecutor for official liquidator, Shri Cama appearing for Konkan Barge Builder Pvt. Ltd. and also considered the additional report dated 6th December 2017 filed by the official liquidator. In view of what is stated in the additional report and since Shri Aithe stated that an amount of Rs.1,07,11,646/- is available to be paid to Konkan Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

Barge Builder Pvt. Ltd. against their claims which has been admitted, the Court may allow the OLR in terms of prayer clause (a). Accordingly OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed.
