Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, since the concerned vehicle, which was the subject matter of the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996, for the purchase of which the loan was advanced by the Petitioner, has been repossessed by the Petitioner and that the controversy in the petition does not survive. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
