Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction seeks liberty to withdraw this petition on the ground that the matter is settled out of court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already received the agreed amount from the respondent vide demand draft in the sum of Rs.11,17,185/- dated 1st June, 2019 drawn on HDFC Bank. The photocopy of the said demand draft is tendered across the bar and the same is taken on record. 3.
Commercial arbitration petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
