Rule Nisi has been issued against the Respondents for failure to attend the Official Assignee's office for private examination. Learned Counsel for the Insolvents informs the Court that the Petitioning Creditor's debt has been duly satisfied by the Insolvents and there are no other outstanding creditors of the Insolvents. Learned Counsel submits that an appropriate application will be made for annulment of insolvency accordingly. In the premises, Rule Nisi is discharged. The Insolvents are directed to file their schedules of assets and liabilities before the Official Assignee within a period of three weeks. Stand over to 7 January 2020 at 3.00 p.m.
