Heard Mr. Tripathi, the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Even assuming that the contentions raised in the Petition are true, the illegalities alleged are of trivial/minor nature. A remedy available to the Petitioner is to file an appropriate proceedings in accordance with law against the persons who have carried out illegal construction. It is not a fit case to invoke writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. By keeping remedy of the Petitioner as aforesaid open, the Petition is disposed of.
