The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that after the order of admission dated 12.7.2017 is passed by this Court the parties herein have settled the matter amicably out of Court and the respondent has cleared the debts by way of demand draft. He further submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 12.7.2017 the advertisement is not yet published. He submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the petition.
