At the outset, leave to amend the schedule is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Mr. Soni, appearing for defendant no.1 has no objection. None of the others though served are present or have filed any objection. In the circumstances, chamber summons allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:

"(a) That the Applicants (Orig. Plaintiffs) be permitted to amend the Suit No.142 of 2017 as per the Schedule1 annexed to the instant Chamber Summons." Chamber Summons accordingly disposed of.

Amendment to be carried out and amended plaint to be served within two weeks from date.

Written statement to be filed and copy served on or before 2nd February, 2019.

Suit be listed for issues on 13th February, 2019. In the meanwhile affidavit of documents shall also be filed, inspection given and statement of admission and denial, with reason for denial, be exchanged.

Notice of Motion No.587 of 2017 Affidavit in reply to be filed and copy served by 19th January, 2019. Rejoinder if any, to be filed by 25th January, 2019. Stand over to 29th January, 2019.
