Learned counsel for the Corporation has submitted that alternate accommodate at Mulund has already been allotted to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that if alternate accommodate at Kanjur Marg is provided, then it will be more suitable for them. Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that within one month, allotment at Kanjur Marg would be processed but the same would be subject to the approval of Asst. Municipal Commissioner Suburb.

We direct the Asst. Municipal Commissioner Suburb to take appropriate decision within four weeks from today. In the meanwhile petitioners should vacate by 12.11.2018. 3.
