Having considered the affidavit in support, it is the case of the applicants that they were owners of the premises which was given on leave and license and respondent company had not paid substantial amount of license fees. It is also stated that the movables of the respondent company are within the premises and the premises has been taken possession by the Official Liquidator. Gauri Gaekwad

909.CA-912-2015 In my view, it is a fit case to allow the application. The Official Liquidator also has no objection.
