This Chamber Summons has been filed by the Applicants - Plaintiffs seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Plaintiff. The original Plaintiff expired on 1st July, 2017. This Chamber Summons has been lodged on 4th September, 2017. In these circumstances, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which reads thus - "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be please to allow to bring on record the Heirs and Legal Representatives of the deceased Plaintiff i.e. present Applicant Nos.1a to 1c.

(b) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to carry out consequential amendments to cause title of above said suit." Pg 1 of 2
