NOTICE OF MOTION NO.753 OF 2015 In view of the above order passed in Notice of Motion No.2058 of 2012, this Notice of Motion has become infructuous and disposed accordingly.

NOTICE OF MOTION NO.833 OF 2015 Ms.Somya Shrikrishna for the applicants states that the main relief they are pressing in this Notice of Motion is prayer clauseKJ

NMS2058.12-37 (b). Ms.Shrikrishna also states that both the defendants have filed the written statement.

The suit be listed for issues on 2.5.2017 on which date parties will come with the agreed draft issues and a separate list of issues they are unable to agree upon. In the meanwhile, parties shall also file their respective affidavit of documents and complete discovery and inspection and also exchange statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial.

In view of the directions passed above, nothing survives in this Notice of Motion.
