1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted copy of Judge's order for permission to sale the property along with affidavit of the petitioner affirmed on 12.12.2022, copy of the grant dated 02.11.2022, copy of the payment of the fee challan, copy of the letter issued by the Mhada dated 23.12.2022, draft of the sale deed at Exhibit-C and consent of Chandrakant.

2. There are corrections in a draft as suggested which are required to be carried out.

Furthermore, in a consent of the Chandrakant there is no reference of the proposed seller and consideration. Apart from that consent affidavit is executed on 12.09.2022, whereas petitioner's affidavit is affirmed on 12.12.2022. Therefore, Judge's Order referred in the consent affidavit of the legal heirs of the deceased should be earlier to the date of consent affidavit or should contain details of transaction. Hence, petitioner to take steps.
