After the petition was heard for some time, Mr. Soni, learned Counsel appearing in support of the appeal seeks to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file rectification application before the Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal. This for the reason that according to the appellant certain factual inaccuracies appear to have been recorded in the impugned order.
