The Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition as there are several mistakes in the matter and correcting the same will be laborious. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 are objecting to grant of liberty. They also state that copy of the Petition is not served on them.

This Court has still not applied its mind on the merits of the matter. We, therefore, direct the Petitioner to make a copy of the Petition available to the respective Respondents.

We accept the statement that filing of a new Petition would be convenient than correcting the present one.

Accordingly, subject to service of such copy of Petition on Respondents, we grant leave to withdraw with liberty as prayed. 6.
