The impugned order passed by the learned Arbitrator dated 0909-2014 is set aside. However, the Respondents are granted liberty to file an Application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before this Court for appointment of Court Receiver in respect of the hypothecated vehicles. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.
