This notice of motion is taken out for recall and setting aside of an order of dismissal passed by this court on 5 May 2015 for nonremoval of office objections. There is a delay in taking out the present notice of motion.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners informs the court that all office objections have now been removed. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the order of dismissal dated 5 May 2015 is recalled and set aside and the petition is restored to file.
