By way of the aforesaid interim application, the petitioner prays for an amendment to the petition. It is submitted that while filing the petition, certain grounds were raised to challenge the termination order passed against the petitioner and, accordingly prayers were made in the petition. Post filing of the petition, certain communications are received by the petitioner. In the backdrop of those communications, it would be necessary for the petitioner to amend the petition by raising additional grounds and re-arrange the prayers by deleting some earlier prayers and by replacing those prayers with fresh prayers. Perusal of the record shows that no notice is issued to the respondents but petitioner has served the respondents by way of private notice.

In view of the above, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is disposed of, as such. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
