Since the Respondent Company - M/s. Micro Technologies (India) Ltd., is already ordered to be wound up by an order of this Court dated 8th October, 2014 in Company Petition No. 190 of 2013, the Petitioner in the above Company Petition shall file its claim before the Official Liquidator. 2.

The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the claim from the Petitioner.
