Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent would produce the originals of two documents described in prayer clause (a) before the learned arbitrator on 7th September, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. and all subsequent dates for cross-examination of R.W. 1. The statement is accepted. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, this Court need not pass any separate order as far as prayer clause (a) is concerned. 2.

Mr.Khandeparkar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the respondent having agreed to produce the originals of two documents described in prayer clause (a), the petitioner would 1/2

arbp1275-15 examine the witness in rebuttal, if necessary, after the respondent produces the two original documents before the learned arbitrator. 3.

The arbitration petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
