The present Judge's Order is taken out by the Applicant in a Guardianship Petition. The petition sought appointment of guardian in respect of the Applicant herself, who was a minor, aged 4 years when the petition was filed. The petition was allowed. Several amounts were deposited in fixed deposits of various Nationalized Banks in the name of the Applicant minor in pursuance of that order. There was also a cash balance retained by the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay, in respect of the property of the minor. The Applicant has now attained majority and seeks an order for payment of the cash lying with the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay and handing over of all the fixed deposit receipts to the Applicant. 8.JO.185.17.doc Petitioner has died in the meanwhile. A certificate to that effect is submitted with the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order. Also submitted are a true copy of the school leaving certificate indicating the age of the Applicant and the certificate of balance issued by the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay, both in respect of the cash balance and 21 fixed deposit receipts kept in the banks. In the premises, the application is allowed. A separate Judge's Order is signed allowing the application.
