The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners Ms.Naira Jejeebhoy seeks withdrawal of the above Petition in view of the fact that as on date the grievances of the Petitioners do not survive. The learned counsel for the Petitioners however seeks liberty to file a fresh Petition if the occasion so arises in future. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
