By this interim application the applicant seeks amendment to the plaint to delete name of defendant no. 8 and add names of respondent nos. 8(a) to 8(d) (both inclusive) who are said to be legal heirs of the deceased defendant no. 8.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that proposed defendants have been served. She undertakes to file affidavit of service within three weeks from today. In view thereof I pass the following order : (i) Amendment shall be carried out within four weeks from today. (ii) Copies shall be served within four weeks thereafter.
