Perused the report. Heard the Official Liquidator. The report seeks fixation of reserve price, EMD and permission to sell the property of the company in liquidation described in the report. Perused the valuation report of M/s Vinay Wakalkar, Valuer. Reserve price of the property is fixed to Rs.2.10 crores. EMD is fixed at 25 % of the offer price.
