---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 1st OCTOBER,2016 P.C.:- The counsel for the plaintiff, on instructions states that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the plaintiff, prayer clause -(a) of this notice of motion taken out on behalf of defendants may be granted. The counsel for the plaintiff also requests that since the plaintiff has filed the suit in 2003 and the cause of action relates to transactions in the year 1999 to 2002, the hearing of the suit be expedited.

Therefore, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the notice of motion is allowed and accordingly Gauri Gaekwad

Notwithstanding the disposal of the notice of motion, the applicants to remove all office objections and get the notice of motion numbered within one week from today.

The undertaking of the defendants to file written statement and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff within three weeks from today is accepted and so ordered.

Since the suit claim is less than Rs.1 crore, the suit is transferred to the City Civil Court. The City Civil Court to endeavor to dispose of the suit within one year from today. (K.R.SHRIRAM,J) Gauri Gaekwad
