This application is taken out to amend the plaint so as to incorporate the change in the corporate name of the plaintiff No. 1.

The application is supported by certificate issued by Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Singapore, with whom the plaintiff No. 1 is registered.

The proposed amendment is essentially consequential to the change in the corporate name of the plaintiff No.1. It 1/2

Thus, Application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause "a".

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week and copy of the amended plaint be served on the defendants within three weeks thereafter.
