Company Applications No.81/2015, 83/2015 and 84/2015, which are
sat 2/2 caa 81-2015.doc filed in these three appeals, firstly seek discharge of Applicant No.1 as a representative of Appellant No.2 (as her guardian since Appellant No.2 was minor at the time of presentation of the appeal). Secondly, Appellant No.1 seeks granting of an option to Appellant No.2 to elect whether or not to join in the proceeding since she is now major. Whilst Appellant No.1 is discharged as guardian representing Appellant No.2, it is for Appellant No.2 to continue to prosecute these appeals in her capacity as an Appellant or choose to defend the appeals as Respondent. There is nothing that this Court needs to do presently in that behalf.
The Applications are accordingly disposed of. Place these appeals for hearing on 29 October 2015 high on board.
