Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (a1) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that delay of 20 days in making Application be condoned; (a1) this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Applicant to amend the Plaint as per the Schedule annexed hereto; (b)this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the consequential amendments to the Plaint;

Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Copy of the amended Plaint shall be forthwith served on the Defendants along with the Writ of Summons made returnable on 1 st August, 2016.
