Ms Thakkar tenders affidavit of Mr. Mangesh Nagaonkar affirmed on 6th February 2019, confirming service of the chamber summons upon the claimant on 28th January, 2019. No affidavit in reply opposing the chamber summons has been filed. I have considered the affidavit in support and the documents attached thereto. I am satisfied that the property does not belong to Judgment Debtor, but to applicant.
