By this Chamber Summons, applicant has prayed for setting aside the abatement of the Suit and permitting him to bring on record legal heirs and representatives of the deceased after condoning the delay of 21 days in filing the Chamber Summons.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of Chamber Summons, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay of 21 days. Hence, Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in 1/2
