P.C. :- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Respondents have placed on record the order dated 15 September 2017 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 872 of

10. PILL 88.17.doc 2017 where in a similar matter, the larger bench of the Apex Court has already issued a notice fixing a returnable date within three weeks. The issue under grievance raised in the PIL is similar to the issue pending before the Apex Court.

Since the Apex Court has already taken cognizance of the matter and the issue is a Pan lndia issue, the Petitioner can always get himself impleaded as a party to the proceedings by intervening and even seek additional prayers if he finds anything is deficit in the Petition already pending in the Apex Court.

With these observations, the Public Interest Litigation is disposed of.
