Leave to amend the prayer clause (b) of the Chamber Summons. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. This Chamber Summons has been filed by the plaintiffs to bring the legal heirs of deceased Defendant No.5 on record. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 1/2 10-chs-973-17.doc

(a) and (b) which read thus:- (a) that the Applicants / Orig. Plaintiffs be allowed to add the legal heirs of the deceased Defendant No.5 as Defendants to the suit;

(b) that the Applicants / Orig. Plaintiffs be permitted to carry out the necessary amendment to bring legal heirs of the deceased Defendant No.5 on record, the names of the legal heirs are mentioned in Schedule "F" annexed to the affidavit in support; The Chamber Summons is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
