Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder : "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Plaintiffs to amend the Plaint in terms of the Schedule annexed to this Chamber Summons".

However, all contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 29 th January, 2016.

The Defendants to file their Additional Written Statements if any dealing with the amendments on or before 29 th January, 2016.

Place the above Suit for directions on 1 st February, 2016.
