Heard learned Counsel for the parties on the Chamber Summons No. 20 of 2018 and Chamber Summons No. 145 of 2016. 2.

Having gone through the reasons stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Summons No. 20 of 2018 for condonation of delay and having gone through the grounds stated in the Chamber Summons No. 145 of 2016 for amending the cause title, we allow both the Chamber Summons.

Necessary amendment as per the schedule in Chamber Summons be carried out within two weeks.
