For the reasons set out in that order, it is confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Mr. Poojari in fairness does not press for the other reliefs at this stage but reserves his liberty to move for those additional prayers at a later stage, if so, advised. Liberty is expressly reserved for the Plaintiffs. This is because the Defendants now claim not to have any stock left with them.
