Mr. Sakhare, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Municipal Corporation, at the verge when we are likely to pass an order summoning the presence of the Municipal Commissioner, makes a statement that the Respondents shall make the payment of the arrears of pension and retiral benefits on or before 31st May, 2015. He further states that the amount to which the Petitioners are entitled to as per the orders passed by this Court from time to time, would be credited in the pension account of the respective employees prior to the said date.

He further states that an undertaking to that effect will be filed
3/3 by Smt. Shambhavi Sudhakar Jogi who is presently working as an Education Officer and who is personally present in the Court and who is also authorized to make such a statement on behalf of the Corporation.

The said undertaking be filed during the course of the day. The same is treated as an undertaking to this Court and accepted. 4.
The Petitions are therefore disposed of on the basis of undertaking given to this Court.
