These two chamber summons have been taken out in two arbitration V.A. Tikam 1/2

23-CHS 1017 of 2017.doc petitions filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Both the petitions were filed by the sole proprietor in his trade name. 2.

These two chamber summons (one in each petition) seeks to bring on record the wife and children of the deceased sole proprietor so as to continue the prosecution of these petitions.

Mrs. Sapkal, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has no objection to the two chamber summons being allowed. 4.

Accordingly, Chamber Summonses are allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a week.
