After this writ petition was placed before us for admission both sides fairly stated that the issue involved in this petition was dealt with by this court in W. P .No.2693 of 2013. The Division Bench has decided that writ petition by order dated 17 November 2014 and one of us (S. C. Dharmadhikari, J.) was party to the same. The respondent No.1 in that writ petition and this writ petition is the same. The issue is identical. This writ petition is therefore disposed of in terms of the order dated 17 November 2014 passed in W.P. NO.2693 of 2013. There will be no order as to costs.
