I have considered the official liquidator's report and heard the counsel appearing for the secured creditors.

I have considered the contents of the report. In my view, the prayers sought in the report requires to be allowed and that will also not cause any prejudice to any of the party whatsoever.

In view thereof, the official liquidator's report is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (e) and (g).

Phoneix ARC Ltd. to deposit amount of Rs.20,000/- within two weeks from today.
