This is a notice under Order 21 Rule 22. Respondent no. 1 is seen to be served. Respondent no. 1 is absent on call. Accordingly I pass the following order :

(i) Notice against respondent no. 1 is made absolute. Execution shall proceed against respondent no.1. If no steps are taken within six months execution application shall stand rejected without further reference to Court. (ii) As far as respondent no. 2 is concerned the judgment creditor is granted liberty to apply for fresh notice after ascertaining the whereabouts of the Judgment debtor no.2.

(iii) Notice is disposed in the above terms.
