Heard. The case of the Petitioner is that the fifth Respondent has been elected in the elections to the managing committee of the Petitioner co-operative credit society on 13th June 2015 claiming himself to be a member of scheduled caste. According to the Petitioner, he is required to submit caste validity certificate as directed by Respondent no.4, but he is seeking time before Respondent no.4 and Respondent no.4 is extending time to submit caste validity certificate.

Learned advocate appearing for Respondent no.5 submits that he has applied for caste validity certificate before Respondent no.2.
2 of 2 DB.17.WP.2903.2016 He submits that issuance of caste validity certificate may take time, as the matter is required to be inquired into by Respondent no.2. 3.
Be that as it may, the Respondent no.4 to consider all the necessary and relevant aspects of the matter and to take decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition if need so arises.
