The present application is filed in a pending Probate petition seeking amendment of the schedule filed alongwith the petition.

By Judge's order dated 03rd February, 2023, permission was granted to open a locker standing in the name of the deceased and valuation to be carried out as regards the contents of the locker. 3.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the aforesaid exercise is carried out and in that light, the Applicant (Original Petitioner) seeks to replace entry at serial no. 16, in the schedule filed alongwith the original petition, so as to incorporate the value of the contents recovered from the concerned locker. 4.
