By a previous order dated 1st April 2019 this Court had recorded that none had appeared on behalf of the SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Applicant/original Claimant on 11th March 2019 as well as Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

It appears that on 15th January 2020 the Advocate for the Applicant was present in this Court. However, again on 25th March 2021 none appeared for the Applicant. 4.

It was accordingly, recorded by the said order dated 25th March 2021 that the Chamber Summons shall be listed on the next date for dismissal.

Considering that none appears for the Applicant today, Chamber Summons No. 960 of 2014 is dismissed for default.
