This notice of motion seeks recall of a dismissal order passed in the writ petition on 19 April 2017 for default of appearance. For the reasons stated in affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the order of dismissal dated 19 April 2017 is recalled and set aside and the writ petition is restored to file. The notice of motion is disposed of. The writ petition is called out and taken up for hearing by consent. Since Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted, the Petitioner would like to take his grievances before a committee keeping all the issues raised in the petition open.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, as not pressed and with liberty to the Petitioner to raise his grievances before the Grievance Redressal Committee. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits in that behalf are kept open.
