CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.1485 OF 2015 This chamber summons is taken out by plaintiff for leave to amend the plaint in terms of the Schedule annexed to the chamber summons without prejudice to the pending notice of motion. This is a pre-trial amendment. Therefore, Ms. Raut, counsel for defendants in fairness states that since the written statement also is yet to be filed, the court, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of defendants to be raised in the written statement, may allow the chamber summons.

Therefore, the chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a).

CONTEMPT PETITION NO.29 OF 2014 The counsel state that this contempt petition has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, pending disposal of the notice of motion. NOTICE OF MOTION NO.488 OF 2014 Ms. Sethna, counsel for applicant states that since the court has now allowed the chamber summons, some time be granted to plaintiff for considering whether the prayers sought in the notice of motion require any amendment and whether any additional affidavit in support is required to be filed.
