CORAM : A. K. MENON, J.
DATE : 4TH JANUARY, 2016.
P.C.:
Judges order is listed for 'Speaking to the Minutes' today. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that in the Judge's Order signed on 2.9.2015 by the learned Chamber Judge, on Page 3, 10th line, the name of Anish Arvind Korgaonkar should in fact have been mentioned as 'Sneha Arvind Korgaonkar', who is applicant and Deponent in Affidavit-inSupport dated 22.1.2015. The learned counsel submits that name of Anish Arvind Korgaonkar has crept in inadvertently since similar Judges Order was moved being Judges Order No.219 of 2015 wherein Anish Arvind Korgaonkar was the Applicant. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner
*2* states that he has already applied for certified copy and obtained certified copy of the Judge's Order dated 2.9.2015.
