The Notice of Motion seeks that the order dated 8th March 2018 of the Prothonotary and Senior Master be recalled; that a delay of 119 days in filing Written Statement be condoned, and the matter be taken on file. The reason given in the Affidavit in Support is that there was an oversight on the part of the Defendant and her Advocate. This will have to be accepted.
