This is a Petition fled under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the petitioner praying for issuance of a witness summons to the Commissioner, Central Goods & Service Tax, Shimla for production of the original Panchnama report dated September 16, 2009 along with all the annexures and documents seized during the inspection.

Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent. On perusal of the averments made in the Petition, it is in the interest of justice that the prayer as made by the petitioner is required to be granted.

Accordingly, Ofce to issue witness summons to the Commissioner, Central Goods & Service Tax, Shimla to remain present before the Arbitrator Tribunal on 16th September, 2019 on the following address : - 2nd Floor, Readymoney Mansion, 43, Veer Nariman Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001.
