P.C.:

1] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator. 2] There is a delay of 26 days in preferring the appeal. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the notice has been served to the respondent No.2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 Official Liquidator opposes the prayer for condonation of delay. 3] Considering the nature of the impugned order and the explanation offered in the affidavit-in-support, a liberal approach deserves to be adopted. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
