1] The Contemnor Nos.2 and 3 are present in the Court and tendered apology for non-compliance of Order dated 19th March 2015. 2] The learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that after this Court issued a notice dated 7.4.2016, the contemnors have settled the matter with the petitioner and as of today the contemnors are not liable to pay any amount to the petitioner. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present contempt petition.
